The job incumbent is responsible for delivering full offline and online marketing activities within India markets and contributes to Ontoz growth and profitability in these specific market.. He/She supports sales growth and market share increase by using traditional and digital tools. Position is based in Surat.
Create off-line & digital marketing plans for India market for each brand in line with strategic objectives.
Leads off-line & digital marketing activities across India.
Develop end-to-end off-line & digital campaigns (incl. search engine optimization, paid search engine, digital advertising, email marketing, social media, website etc..) and analyze their performance.
Conduct survey, review and develop content, newsletters, materials, marketing gifts, and tools for targeted platforms and audience.
Monitor, review, evaluate and develop reports on off-line & digital marketing efforts.
Lead all advertising and promotional activities across traditional channels and social media platforms for better brand visibility and engagements.
Plan and manage marketing/promotional items to support sales and branding efforts.
Organize and/or support activities such as distributor conferences, product days, tec days, etc.
Plan, manage and/or support trade shows, including booth designs, theme and concepts.
Champion the roles of Brand Guardian and Ambassador, promote the brands to convert target audience into brand advocates.
Sustainability of platforms e.g. content, response to enquiries on Facebook accounts, Instagram, WhatsApp, and others.
Develop and distribute press releases ensuring all communications are in line with brand guidelines.
Identify, manage and liase with agencies and suppliers for awarded projects.
Research, identify and setup of new online platforms includes websites and mobile apps.
Organise and/or support virtual activities such as webinars.
Communicate activities online e.g. Sales Promotions, Campaigns, New Product Releases, events, online sales leads, enquiries.
Feed the marketing information system by providing media data, competitor data, SWOT analysis versus all major competitors, price positioning matrix, range available and sales penetration per product at vehicle level, sales penetration per vehicle at territorial level, market size and share.
Overseas business development activities through CRM systems – use Analtyics to generate new leads and deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
Develop content for targeted platforms and audience, such as product information, new product releases, creative product shots and use them in offline media – magazines, billboards, radio etc
Your Profile
Possess Degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent field of education or work cumulated experience
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably RO Filteration industry
Business acumen in the Filteration aftermarket, customer orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative and ability to work under pressure
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
